360Onboard Settings Overview

The Settings area is where you configure 360Onboard at the workspace level — branding, team, integrations, domains, payments, AI, and login. This article is the at-a-glance overview: what each section is for and when you'd touch it. For the click-by-click walkthrough, see 360Onboard Settings Page Walkthrough.

Where Settings Lives

Click the Settings entry in the left-side navigation to open the panel. The left rail inside Settings lists every section; the main panel shows the section you've selected.

The Sections at a Glance

Agency Profile

Your company identity — name, logo, contact details, and the branding fields that appear in client-facing flows and emails. Set it once when you first sign up and keep it current as your business evolves.

Team Management

Invite teammates by email and manage their access. Useful the moment more than one person is building flows or handling clients. Pending invites and active members are both visible here.

APIs, Webhooks & MCP

The integration hub. Generate API keys, register webhooks for events (flow completed, step completed, payment captured), and connect 360Onboard to AI assistants via MCP so you can drive your workspace from Claude or ChatGPT. See Connect 360Onboard to Claude & ChatGPT with MCP and the API Documentation.

SMTP

Send transactional emails (invitations, reminders, completion notices) from your own domain instead of the default 360Onboard sender. Paste in your SMTP host, port, and credentials and your emails ship from you@yourcompany.com.

Twilio

Connect a Twilio account so workflows can fire SMS — appointment reminders, "your contract is ready," anything you'd otherwise text manually.

Custom Domains

Replace the default 360Onboard URL with your own subdomain (e.g. onboarding.youragency.com/acme). DNS verification is automatic; once it resolves, every published flow link uses your domain.

Payment Integrations

Connect Stripe so Payment steps can collect money on your behalf — one-time or subscription. Pabbly, RazorPay, and PayPal are rolling out next. Stripe payouts land in your own account, not ours.

Cloud Storage

Choose where client file uploads and signed PDFs are stored — the 360Onboard default, or your own connected cloud bucket if you'd rather keep client data inside your infrastructure.

Platform Access

Configure the OAuth credentials and account scopes used by Platform Access steps (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more). Set these once and every flow that requests access uses them.

AI Models

Pick which AI model powers the in-product builder and copilots — Anthropic Claude is the default, with options to switch. Useful if you have a preference, or if a specific model fits your tone better.

Login & 2FA

Account-level security — change your password, enable two-factor authentication, manage active sessions, and update the email address you log in with.

How These Fit Together

Most teams configure Settings in this order:

  1. Agency Profile + Custom Domains — get your branding in place before sending any link.
  2. SMTP — so emails ship from your domain, not ours.
  3. Payment Integrations — connect Stripe so flows can take money.
  4. Platform Access — set up OAuth so platform-access steps work for clients.
  5. Team Management — invite teammates.
  6. APIs / Webhooks / MCP — wire 360Onboard into the rest of your stack.
  7. Twilio, Cloud Storage, AI Models, Login & 2FA — as needed.

You can tackle them in any order; this is just the path that minimizes rework.
