1. Multilingual Theme Presets – Your flows can now speak your clients' language (English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese). Perfect for international agencies and global clients.

2. Celebrations – Make completions memorable with animated celebrations: confetti, fireworks, emoji rain, sparkles.

3. Mark Tutorial Steps as Done – Clients can now check off tutorial steps as they complete them for easier progress tracking.

4. Dynamic E-Signature Fields – E-signature documents can now pull data from previous questionnaire steps. Example: Client selects "Premium Plan" in Step 1 → Their contract in Step 2 automatically includes "Premium Plan" in the document. The contract literally changes based on their answers.

5. "Change My Answer" Bug Fixed – Clicking "Change My Answer" now loads previous responses correctly.

6. Read-Only Fields – New field types for displaying information within questionnaires: info boxes and table columns. Perfect for pricing breakdowns, terms, or important information in the middle of forms.

7. New Settings Sidebar Layout – Redesigned for clarity and easier navigation.

8. Placeholder & Default Values – Set placeholder text and default values in questionnaires to guide clients and speed up form completion.

9. Robust Conditional Logic – AND/OR operators. Create complex, branching flows that adapt based on client responses. Show different questions, skip steps, or route clients down different paths automatically.

10. Duplicate Flows – Duplicate an existing flow and customize it. Huge time saver.

11. Public Links – You no longer have to assign flows to specific clients. Create public links that anyone can fill out and still get personalized onboarding.

12. Analytics & Client Activity Tracking – See exactly when clients open forms, complete steps, and make progress. Know who's engaged and who needs a reminder.

13. Custom Theme Text & Fonts – Modify text on themes and change fonts to match your brand identity.

Sensitive Data Steps (New Step Type)

Collect sensitive information with enterprise-level security built right in.

• Add a "Sensitive Data" step to any flow
• Clients are notified that their data is encrypted end-to-end
• Data auto-deletes 120 seconds after you view it (timer starts the moment you reveal the data – we enforce this on our end)
• Perfect for: bank account details, SSNs, API keys and passwords, any confidential client information

Better Results View

We've redesigned the results view to make it easier to find what you need and take action on client submissions quickly.

Improved Field Positioning

Fields now stay where you put them – no more jumping to the bottom of the list. Field types now match between the builder and sidebar for consistency.

Mobile-Friendly Flows

Your onboarding flows now look and work beautifully on mobile devices. Clients can complete everything from their phones without awkward formatting issues.

Menu Tooltips

Each flow menu item now has tooltips so you can quickly understand what each option does.

Account Deletion

Users can now delete their own accounts directly from settings if needed.

Conditional Logic – You can now make each form question dependent on another. Create dynamic, personalized onboarding flows that adapt based on your client's responses.

Save for Later – Your clients can now save their progress and complete the onboarding flow later. They can use either a password or magic link to pick up right where they left off.

Improved File Uploads – File uploads now work better than ever – smoother and more reliable for your clients.

Sticky Header – The header is now sticky on all client landing pages for easier navigation.

Modal Alerts – All browser alerts have been converted to clean, modern modals for a better user experience.

List Mode Default – The clients page now defaults to list mode for faster browsing and management.
