The Results page is the back-of-house for every response your clients have ever submitted. It's where you filter, search, export, and drill into individual responses — including downloading the final PDF of a signed agreement. This guide covers every control on the page.
Opening the Results Page
Click Results in the left sidebar. The page title reads Results with a "View all client responses across all flows" subtitle. By default you'll see every response in your workspace, most recent first, with a "X responses found" count above the table.
Filter by Flow, Status, and Date
The top of the page is a Filter Results card with three controls laid out side-by-side:
- Onboarding Flow — a dropdown defaulted to All Onboarding Flows. Open it and you'll get a scrollable list of every flow in your workspace; pick one to scope the results to just that flow. If you have hundreds of flows like the demo workspace does, just type to filter.
- Completion Status — a three-way segmented control:All, Completed, In Progress. Use this to look at only the people who finished, or only the people who are still mid-flow.
- Date Range — two date pickers (start and end) so you can scope the results to a specific window, e.g. "last 30 days" or "everything from Q1".
Beneath the filters is a search bar — Search by client name, email, company, or flow… — for jumping straight to a specific person without scrubbing through the table.
Combine all of these freely. The response count at the top of the results table updates live so you always know how many records the current filter is showing you.
Export Selected Results to CSV
The Export CSV button lives in the top-right of the Filter Results card. It only becomes useful once you've picked a specific flow — when All Onboarding Flows is selected the export is greyed out, because different flows have different question schemas and can't be merged into a single sheet. As soon as you pick one flow from the dropdown, Export CSV lights up and clicking it downloads a spreadsheet containing every response in the current filter (one row per client, one column per question).
That CSV is the right thing to hand to your ops team, drop into a Google Sheet, or pipe into your BI tool.
View an Individual Response
The results table has columns for Client (name + email), Flow, Status, Submitted (date + time), and Actions. Click the View link on the right of any row to open that client's full response.
The individual response page is split into a left rail and a main panel:
- The left rail shows Client Details (name, email), Submission info (date and how long the client took, e.g. "2m 32s"), and a Flow Steps list — a numbered, clickable index of every step the client went through, with the type underneath each (Esignature, Questionnaire, etc.). Click any step to jump to it.
- The main panel shows the currently-selected step in detail — for an e-signature step that means the file card (e.g. NDA.pdf, "Digitally signed by …") with a View button to preview it and a blue Download button to grab the signed PDF.
At the bottom of the main panel are ← Previous Step and Next Step → buttons so you can walk through the response in order, just like the client did.
Download the Full Response as PDF
The top-right of the individual response page has a small download icon sitting next to an Export CSV button and a share icon. Clicking the download icon bundles the entire response — every step, every answer, and every signed document — into a single PDF you can email, archive, or attach to a contract record. Signed pages are included in full with their digital signature metadata, so the PDF is the cleanest single artifact to keep on file for compliance.
